Great summer of track everyone!! We finished up our season this past weekend in PEI with the Atlantic Championships. To say that we have a great team is an understatement:) The results have not been posted yet but I'm sure they will confirm that we have the top club in the Atlantic provinces!! The most important thing though was that everyone had fun challenging themselves:) Bill and I will announce cross country training schedules soon. It should be a very exciting fall. A great run to pump up the kids will be the Race Against the Reds 5K on September 4 in Fredericton. At the Saint John Track Club our experienced coaches work with athletes of all ages and skill level toward personal goals, developing technique and creating experience in athletics. We focus on improving strength, agility and speed with respect to the fundamental skills of virtually all sports: running, jumping and throwing.

The athletes have the opportunity to participate on the club's team in a number of meets occurring in the New Brunswick and atlantic region.
