Apr 2 2006 - Saint John Track Athletes Shine at Atlantics

Moncton April 1, 2006: Athletes from the Saint John Track Club made a strong showing at the Atlantic Indoor Championships this past weekend in Moncton. This event, which wraps up the indoor season included close to 200 competitors from around the region. The club’s young team had many strong individual performances and personal bests including

Karlee Dumont (Girls 11 & Under)        - 3rd 60M Prelim

Patrick Gallagher (Boys 11 & under)     - 2nd 60M, 2nd 200M, 2nd 400M, 2nd 800M
Simon Williams (Boys 11 & under)        - 3rd 60M, 3rd 200M,
Dennis Patterson (Boys 11 & under)     - 3rd 400M, 3rd 800M
Jon Gallagher (Boys 12-13)                 - 2nd 800M
Cody Munford (Boys 12-13)                 - 3rd 60M, 3rd 400M
Mitchell O'Neill (Boys 14-15)                 - 2nd 200M

Also competing for the Saint John club were Jordan Jamison, Dillon Burns and Mike Campbell.
