Cross Country & Endurance Training
Ages 8-11+/-A variation on our Run Jump Throw program with more emphasis on running to gear towards the Cross Country Season. Lead by: Alex Holder
Ages 12+ A Cross Country training program geared for a range of ages. Open to anyone wanting to compete in school, provincial or regional cross country competition. Lead by: Bill MacMackin
For Athletes wishing to compete in Atlantic or National Cross Country events training schedules will be provided following the end of the regular club program on Oct 13.
Power Speed Throws Program
Ages 12+ A Power / Speed / Throws program geared for a range of ages. Open to anyone wanting to prepare for the winter indoors season competition. Lead by: Sue Ellis

(Designated Athletes who are receiving personal coaching support)
Registration is be done at ONLINE Registration. All fees are due and payable to the Saint John Track Club at the second session attended. Payment of the ANB fees cover all 3 seasons including indoor track, outdoor track and cross country.
