Run, Jump, Throw - The fall program provides a variation on our Run Jump Throw program with more emphasis on running to gear towards the Cross Country Season. Lead by: Julia Loparco

Cross Country & Endurance Training - More Information

Ages 11+ A Cross Country training program geared for a range of ages. Open to anyone wanting to compete in school, provincial or regional cross country competition. Lead by: Bill MacMackin & Dean Strowbridge

Monday & Wednesday - 5:30 - 6:30 at Lily Lake

Power Speed Throws Jumps Program - More information

Ages 12+ A Power / Speed program geared for a range of ages. Open to anyone wanting to prepare for the winter indoor season competition. Lead by: Sue Ellis

Monday  - 5:30 - 6:30 at Lily Lake  / Wednesday - 5:30 - 6:30 at Irving Oil Field House or UNBSJ Track
