Lily Lake

Lily Lake offers a scenic setting for fall cross-country training in the heart of the city. Used for training during the months of September and October, the well-maintained trail network winds through wooded areas, rolling terrain, and lakeside pathways, providing a moderately challenging environment for athletes to build endurance and strength. In addition to serving as a key cross-country training venue, the location is also used by track and field athletes to develop aerobic fitness, strength, and endurance during the fall training season. Its central location and accessible layout make it a convenient and reliable space for both school teams and club athletes.
